1. General provisions
1. The parties to this agreement are Zishi Application Services (the “Operator”) and registered users (the “User”) of Zishi, including services provided through its mobile app, website and other products (the “Products and Services”).
2. The application may provide registration services at any time. Before registering, users should read these terms carefully and complete all registration procedures as instructed on the page.
3. Clicking “Agree” during registration indicates that the user fully understands and accepts every term of this agreement and enters into this agreement with the Operator.
4. The Operator may amend or supplement relevant rules from time to time and publish them on the website. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Use of the services
1. At registration, users must provide accurate personal details as requested, such as a mobile phone number or email address. Information must be complete, accurate and truthful.
2. Successful registration makes a user a lawful registered user of the Operator. Users bear full responsibility for account security and the corresponding legal responsibility for all acts and events under their username.
3. Users agree to receive commercial information sent by the Operator through its channels or other means.
4. The Operator is not responsible for deletion of, or failure to store, information published by users.
5. The Operator may determine whether user behavior complies with these terms. If a user violates them, the website may interrupt or stop providing network services to that user.
6. The Operator does not provide account deletion services. Users who wish to delete their accounts should simply stop using them.
7. Users may not transfer, lend, resell, share or otherwise deal in personal accounts for any illegal purpose or by other means. An account is for its holder’s personal use only.
3. Changes and revisions
1. The Operator may modify these terms when necessary. Revised terms can be viewed through the Operator.
2. Users who disagree with changes may stop using the website’s network services.
3. Continuing to use the services constitutes agreement to the changes.
4. The Operator may interrupt or terminate one or more network services at any time as circumstances require, without liability to any user or third party. A user who objects may exercise the following rights:
(1) Stop using the Operator’s network services.
(2) Notify the Operator to stop providing services to the user. On termination, the user’s right to use the network services ends immediately. The user no longer has a right to process unfinished information or services, and the Operator has no obligation to transmit unfinished information or services to the user or any third party.
4. User privacy
The Operator will strictly fulfill its confidentiality obligations and will not disclose, edit or reveal users’ personal information, except in the following circumstances:
1. With a registered user’s prior permission and authorization;
2. To comply with national laws and regulations or relevant government requirements;
3. To follow the Operator’s lawful service procedures;
4. Where necessary to protect the public interest and the Operator’s lawful rights and interests.
5. Rights and obligations of registered users
1. Users must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. Users agree not to use the services for illegal or improper activities and bear all resulting legal responsibility.
2. Users may not upload, display, post, distribute or otherwise transmit information containing any of the following:
(1) Content endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;
(2) Content harming national honor or interests;
(3) Content inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(4) Content undermining national religious policy or promoting cults or feudal superstition;
(5) Rumors that disrupt social order or undermine social stability;
(6) Obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or incitement to crime;
(7) Insults or defamation, or infringement of others’ lawful rights;
3. Users may not use network service systems for illegal purposes.
4. Users may not deliberately create or distribute destructive programs such as computer viruses through the Products and Services, or otherwise endanger computer information network security.
5. If users breach these requirements, the Operator may make an independent judgment and immediately cancel their service accounts. Users bear all legal responsibility for their online behavior. System records may be submitted to competent authorities as evidence of violations.
6. Users agree to safeguard the interests of all members of the Operator and other users. Users bear the resulting legal responsibility for losses caused to the Operator or third parties by violations of this agreement or applicable laws and regulations.
6. Ownership of network service content
1. Network service content defined by the Operator includes, but is not limited to, data hosting and AI content generation. Such content is protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, regulations on computer software protection and other applicable laws and regulations.
7. Use by minors
1. To protect your lawful rights and interests, this service is not recommended for minors under 18. Those who nevertheless choose to use it must obtain guardian consent. The guardian bears full responsibility for the minor’s use and related charges.
2. If you are under 18, you must confirm that you have your legal guardian’s authorization or consent when registering or purchasing ordinary membership or membership.
8. Disclaimer
1. Users agree to bear all risks of using the Products and Services and all consequences of using network services. The Operator assumes no responsibility to users.
2. The Operator does not guarantee that services will meet user requirements or operate without interruption, and makes no guarantee as to timeliness, security or possible technical errors.
3. The Operator assumes no legal responsibility for risks or losses caused by disclosure, loss, theft or alteration of personal data, or service suspension or termination, resulting from hacking, computer viruses, government controls, hardware failures, force majeure or other circumstances not caused by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Other provisions
1. Users agree that disputes arising from the platform’s services are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Either party may bring proceedings before the people’s court at the Operator’s domicile.
2. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If any provision is wholly or partly invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions remain binding.
