Thank you for choosing Zishi membership (the “Service”). These Membership Terms (the “Agreement”) are intended to help you enjoy the Service and protect your rights. Read the entire Agreement carefully before use, particularly provisions that exclude or limit liability. Agreeing to it means you enter into a formal membership agreement with Zishi.
1. Service provider
The Service is provided by the Zishi application (the “Application”).
2. Membership plans and pricing
Plan options:
- Monthly membership: CNY 3 per month, with a one-month subscription period.
- Annual membership: CNY 28 per year, with a one-year subscription period billed in one annual payment.
- Lifetime membership (limited-time offer): CNY 68 as a one-time payment for lifetime membership benefits, with no monthly or annual renewal fees.
3. Membership benefits
Benefits of monthly, annual and lifetime membership:
- Monthly, annual and lifetime members receive full product or service functionality;
- Where promotions or special events are available, these members may receive priority participation or discounts;
4. Limited-time offers and payment
Lifetime membership is available only during occasional limited-time promotions and is not a standing purchase option. See the in-app promotion page for availability, start and end dates, and eligibility. Ending a promotion does not affect lifetime membership already purchased.
The prices above are in Chinese yuan (CNY) for mainland China. Currency and prices in other countries or regions are shown in the local App Store. Available plans are shown in the app, and the amount payable is shown on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen.
On iOS, payment is made through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Available payment methods are shown on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen.
The corresponding monthly, annual or lifetime membership benefits take effect immediately after successful payment.
5. iOS subscriptions and automatic renewal
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically for the corresponding subscription period unless canceled. Renewal price changes follow Apple’s notification and, where required, subscriber consent processes; see Apple’s subscription management page for the applicable amount. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
If you do not wish to renew, cancel automatic renewal through Apple’s subscription management before the membership expires. Refer to that page for instructions and when cancellation takes effect.
6. Accounts and security
You may need to register an account to use the Service. Keep account information secure. You are responsible for all account activity. Notify the Application immediately if your account information is stolen or you discover another security risk.
To maintain service quality, you agree that the Application may periodically review membership account use and suspend or terminate membership services if abnormal behavior is found.
7. Interruption and termination
If maintenance, upgrades or force majeure interrupt the Service, the Application will endeavor to notify you in advance and restore service.
The Application may suspend or terminate membership if a member violates this Agreement or applicable laws.
You may cancel membership at any time. After cancellation, membership benefits cease and fees already paid are not refunded.
8. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss or similar consequences arising from use of the Service.
The Service may involve functions or services supplied by third-party platforms. You must comply with their applicable terms. The Application assumes no responsibility for third-party service quality or related liabilities.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and protected under the Application’s privacy policy. Refer to the Zishi Privacy Policy for specific privacy protection measures.
The Application takes reasonable measures to keep your information secure but is not responsible for disclosures caused by force majeure.
10. Use by minors
To protect your lawful rights and interests, the Service is not recommended for minors under 18. Those who nevertheless choose to use it must obtain guardian consent. The guardian bears full responsibility for the minor’s use and related charges.
If you are under 18, you must confirm your legal guardian’s authorization or consent when registering or purchasing ordinary membership or membership.
11. Changes and notice
The Application may amend and update this Agreement at any time and will provide advance notice through its official website, app or other means.
Continued use indicates agreement to the amended terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Disputes should be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the people’s court where the Application is located.
13. Other provisions
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the other provisions is not affected.
Signing this Agreement or clicking to agree indicates that you have read and accept all of its contents.
